Remuneration Structuring

There are mainly 3 ways of remunerations structuring:-

  • * 100% Fixed
  • * 100% Variable
  • * A mix of above.
  • However, depending on the geography, specialty and stage of clinical programme, the above 3 options need to be carefully evaluated.

    What should also be built in into the structure is way forward – the growth in clinical programme should have a fair and transparent effect on remuneration.
